For me, NoPowerup has been a supportive place to learn and grow. From the beginning, I’ve received guidance and help from both leaders and teammates. Even now, my ideas are listened to and taken into consideration. I’m grateful to be part of the team.

To me, NoPowerup feels like a place where people are comfortable being together. Beyond work, we also share time through meals, sports, small gatherings, and conversations. Over time, we’ve built a sense of connection as a team.

Over time at NoPowerup, I’ve found that my experience has remained much the same as it was on my first day. I enjoy the work and find the environment comfortable and supportive. We have the freedom to be creative, but what I appreciate most is the team culture. There are sports clubs like kickboxing, soccer, and table tennis, and the quarterly table tennis tournament is something many of us look forward to. It’s a great way to stay active and connect with the team.
